The Conference registration fee includes proceedings and other conference materials (except for tutorial notes) as well as admission to technical sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception, and banquet.

The Tutorial registration fee includes tutorial notes and admission to the selected tutorial (T1 or T2), as well as coffee break and lunch on the morning of February 15, 2012.
